Dstv over promises and under delivers

I have been waiting for 3 days for a call that hasnt come through. DSTV promises an SLA of 2 days howeve cannot deliver. The price lockd department has no direct number which does not make business sence. Whats the point of having a special that no one can take or a department that does not honor their SLA or even outlets that do not offer price lock in store!!!!!

Please advise when delivery will take place? 3:07PM Hello Nabeelah Our recorded reflect that the team did try to call you twice this afternoon just before 1 PM but the call was unanswered. ~LMB PLEASE NOTE THAT I SPECIFIED TO BE CALLED AFTER 5 30!!!!!!!!!!!! YET AGAIN MORE EXCUSES Please note that the Price-lock team is only available during office hours, which is from 08:00 to 17:00. ~LMB PLEASE NOTE YOUR CALL CENTER ADVISED THAT THE PRICE LOCK TEAM WORKS TILL 8 PM So either your lying or there is a lack of communication in your business? This is the service I receive after all this time.
