DStv over debited my account

i've been on the phone for the past two weeks to get my refund back from dstv, they have over debited my account for the past 2 months. trying to get my refund is being a total nightmare. i having to explain to each and every consultant i talk to. today i called for the 4th and last time. i hope this gets the attention it deserves from the right people.
