Dstv over charging loyal clientele

Dstv has been over charged me their consultants have been telling me this but no ones seems to be helping me sort this out. Which is really sad im going to disconnect all my services with dstv and switch to Netflix its so unfortunate that dstv a huge company that can ***** from people whom have been loyal customers. Disgusting and pathetic.
