DSTV over Charged me

For the last couple of months we have being paying for our dstv compact package R599 and no one from Dstv called to advise we over paying today my husband called Dstv and spoke to a consultant who said our package was R286 and had no idea what he was saying because the compact pancake is R389 my husband requested to speak to management and the consultant then placed him on hold and did not return to the call we had to drop the call and re dial then spoke to lady who explained and was gonna send an email which she did not even send.
