Dstv over charged me

Good day I called on the 29th of jan and I was told that my account is owing 597.00 and my package is Dstv Compact I paid R200 and the prorated amount was calculated for the next 3 days which amount to R38.61 + R50.00 Reconnection fee and the total was R88.61 then the package migration was requested for the month of February of which it went through and to add on plus R20 Insurance meaning the total paid on the 29th is 108.61 from 200.. Now I am on Dstv Access pay R105.00 monthly and now my account balance should be -R91.39 but now is R97.96 that is due now of which I should have been paying the difference of R33.61 for February 2020 The call centre says I got charged for 4 days that I have been watching the tv without paying.. here are the questions 1. How can I get charged for services that I never requested? 2. DStv is a month to month contract (pay as I watch) so how can one charges me for their own discretions? 3. As much as I am accounting for reconnection fee ,they must be also account for what they charged me for, is not that so?
