DSTV over charge pensioners

My mother is a pensioner and her DSTV was disconnected, so i went to reconnect her package but when i went there i asked them to change her payment date to the 7th of each month as the pensioners get paid late, firstly they said the cant change the package date so from the 1st of each month till the 7th they charge you almost R300 extra. he DSTV was disconnected again and so i called now to put it back on and now they tell me she must pay almost a r1000.00 to put the compact plus package on, inside DSTV they said they cant change her payment date over the phone they say you can change your payment date. they are ripping people off and to ******* pensioners. who can we send our complaints to because this is pathetic, i cancelled her insurance in January already they still charging her.
