DSTV Over charge on Price-lock plan

Im on a price-lock plan for R844 a month and DSTV has billed me R921 for the month of February 2022. Upon receiving my invoice, I called the Call-center twice two weeks price to my account being debited to rectify this mistake but to NO AVAIL. I have 2 references ***1-i292 and ***1-i293. This is NOT the first time this has happened on a Price Lock Plan. I WANT MY REFUND and then I want to cancel my contract.
