DSTV over billing
I get that DSTV is broke but we as consumers did not cause that. My payment has always been R300 explain how it went up to R500 when i am on the same package. I see soo many complaints about you over billing clients its laughable that you would think we would just pay cause you have a monopoly.
You are going to correct my outstanding fee to R300 or i will not pay and resort to streaming services. You have the most pathetic and useless support services that is on par with government.
Fix it or i switch.

Kindly be advised that DStv is R469.00 a month.
The reason you overpay is due to the penalities for paying the account late. Every time your services are disconnected due to non-payment, you're billed a reconnection fee of R50.00 when you reconnect your services.
The only way to avoid this is to pay the account on time and in full. Our records show that the payment date on your account is the 05th, therefore, we advise to pay on the 5th or before the 05th to avoid a disconnection.
An amount of R115.77 is currently due to bring your account to date and clear off the arrears.
