DSTV OUMBADSMAN ASSISTANCE

You knw we as South Africans need to stand up to DSTV, I LOG onto their platform dstv.com i click reconnect my package because for the last few months i was asking myself why we pay so much when we can stream sh!!!t....well i decide let me reconnect it, i click on reconnect Package...it says you need to Pay R627 i pay R628 and i speak to this utterly useless consultant Kgaugelo Ramashala who actually refused to give me his or her name, but they work for a financial institution, and don't know that the client is obliged to get this information, any way this consultant then tell me that the site was wrong and i still need to pay R741 so tell me how can one trust a company that is a financial institution that gives misleading information especially about payments to clients, and they are still operating, the consultant then tell me that i should have called or spoken to agent because the site gave out wrong InfoMation(THEN WHAT IS THE FUNCTION RECONNECT AND PAY THIS BALANCE FOR), no wonder they dont even want you to see their names, i need the @Oumbadsman to step in here cause you cannot be misleading on ur website and say sorry, it just doesnt work like this, i didnt want to have DSTV but my kids begged me, i dont want this **** service i need assistance from the Oumbadsman please
