DSTV OTPs not working when buying streaming package

I have been trying for the past 3 days to get the DSTV streaming only option, but every time I have to enter the OTP, it always says the OTP is invalid.

Call centre is hopeless to help. Live chat is also unable to help. Clearly DSTV with their IT issues is not mindful about people who want to be customers. I would have thought that a simple purchase of the streaming only option for the premium package would receive premium service (to my disappointment, it seems not).
