DStv or Netflix?

About 4/5 months ago I phoned DStv (Multichoice) to cancel my subscription with them. After all the time I spent on the phone trying to get through or a consultant they helped me and said they’d not cancel my account but I’d be paying a minimum of roughly R36/month to keep it active if I ever needed it again. 4 to 5 months have passed and sadly ever time I receive my debit order notices DStv Multichoice are still there charging a whopping R899/month. Can you believe it. So roughly if we add it up that R4000/R5000 that DStv have made off me once I cancelled my account. Totally unacceptable.
