Dstv online service agents are really not trained , help before it's too late .

I actually didn't even want to give any stars... I am up to my neck, I contacted Dstv wanting to reconnect my showmax add on... ooooh my god was I in for hell, I was over charged, then I paid the prorata and guess what? I couldn't view even a single showmax show, I asked for them to credit the money I paid for the showmax to my dstv account father in heaven , Caroline Mogotsi I am not even not even , for an hour or so making me go back and forth and never even showing any care what so ever. Forgetting thay Dstv is going through it's worst and some of us who are trying to keep the boat sailing are shown such a poor customer service . Your bosses must know that it's because of you I'm gonna be canceling my services a d showmax must just cut tises with Dstv or you will loose customers. I want my money refunded or credited and if that's not gonna happen, I'm moving on shame.
