DSTV online payments

Don't ever apply for a service and pay via the DSTV website. The money will be deducted from your bank account and then they will not be able to allocate the funds...... its been 14days now since I paid and still no service or solution. Their customer service is PATHETIC!!!! They just ***** your money!!!!
