DSTV Online movies charged ( double ) and yet unable to view it!

I rented a movie " Black & Blue" on Friday 17 April having an existing online account. From previous experience , when you want to rent the same movie twice , a pop up will alert you to this thereby preventing this from happening. No such thing happened , even after - having made the initial payment- and allowing sufficient time for the transaction to process- resulting in my ending up a. paying for it twice and b. the movie not playing even though it shows ( "rented") Whenever I select to view the movie it defaults to the Trailer. Logged complaints on the " contact us" you have available( your "online chat" coincidentally not available, neither your "Dstv Forum") , but today Sunday 19 April, instead of being able to watch my movie( and getting the replacement for the duplication your system allowed) I get a " movie is about to expire message". I want to know:

1. why your system allowed the duplications. I also want to, 2. be able to actually watch Black and Blue, that I paid for(twice) 3. want an extended 48 hours to view it and, 4.want the replacement(for the duplicate)i.e. "21 Bridges" that I requested please

If not , please refund my money and I can cancel all my subscriptions, in keeping with many South Africans are doing.

Serious questions I am asking :Is this an error or is it another " how to boost our flagging revenue ploy" by Multichoice?

Thanks for refunding me.and your efforts to resolve it Kagiso. Please advise what is the root cause though. Also how will this be avoided as your system sedms flawed ? Unless you are saying the flaws in with your online rental system is of such a nature so that your existing & future customers is better off avoiding it at all cost?
