DStv online chat to terminate subscrition

This was beyond belief.We asked for advice on how to terminate our subscription.The online chat consultant told us that we have a 24 month subscription thus we cannot terminate.We then asked when the end of our 24 months is coming up so that we can plan.He rep**** 24 months.... The conversation continued in this trend.I am unsure if the person on purpose decided to take us for fools or he just have no idea at all. DSTV basically make their website and APP near impossible to end your subscription, especially with a debit order I am just ashamed that I actually paid a subscription for this company for so many years DStv will become a defunk company in the next decade due to this absolute disregards of its customers
