DSTV Online Chat help useless!
Absolutely lack of respect for clients and useless online support. Between 3 people (Lerato, Ayanda and Refilwe) I have still not been able to resolve my issue! Not a single one can give me feedback on a call that was escalated. I keep on repeating my issue to all 3 of them and not a single one has been able to assist or escalate my call. Pathetic service! if you do not reply to them within a minute they drop you off the chat and you have to start again!
