Dstv online application should be discontinued

My dstv package has been disconnected n I made payment on 26 March 2026 by using online dstv application. I made calls to speaking to an agent since 02 April 2026 being told to send proof of payment and after they receiving the it, they said I must wait for 48hr for them to relocate my payment til now still waiting. If my dstv is not reconnect by today I have no choice but to report you to the national consumer commission. That's show that your finance department is not in order.
