Does anyone from DSTV ever test their streaming application on a smart TV? If they did they would find it an unacceptable piece of development unfit for consumption. They are then shocked to find that their market share is being destroyed by competitors that do care about their customer experience. Already playing in the space of government-like organisations. Sad state of affairs with ONLY leadership to blame.
