DSTV one employee champion Julia Choma

On the same day I wrote the review I decided to call multichoice again and again was transferred from pillar to post then there was this one Agent Julia Choma who went out of her way to asst me and even promised me that she will follow up with me Monday the 30th which did just that called me back Monday and everything was resolved. I won’t like to say it’s people like Julia who makes me not to give up on this company. She is a really one of the kind who goes extra mile . I wouldn’t mind to have such a person in this business I wish they could multiply her then DSTV wouldn’t have such bad review I vote for her as the upcoming Supervisor/Manager she knows her story
