DSTV ON AIR

Beginning of April i was contacted by a DSTV agent selling the Explora "on special" for R139 x24 of which I agreed to as the agent assured me that there will no extra charge just my normal R399 for Compact. A few days later the decoder was delivered I contacted the installer everything was fine. Came month end I see there's an extra R95 I called them they advised me to contact ON AIR of which I did, the agent advised that they will listen to the call as I disputing the fact that I was advised of the PVR charge, they called a few and told me they listened to the call and the agent did advise of charge. Insisted that I was not advised of the charge they said they will listen to it again a few days later they called again confirming that indeed the agent mislead me. I made an arrangement with them to return the decoder they said someone will contact me for collection a week or two passed nothing! I called again the agent said he will get him Supervisor to call me back nothing! a week or two later I called again and was promised a call back nothing! i called again advising them not to debit my account, came the 25th they ran a debit I reversed it. I must have phoned 4 times after that nobody has called me I received an SMS saying my account is in arrears. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED!
