DSTV officially just deteriorated!!!

Not getting anywhere!!! So after the review and a private response of acknowledge receiving your complaint and we are attending to it, nothing yet. It has now been what 5 days. This evening I had, once again, becoming a daily routine, live chat with DSTV. This time they managed to completely block me ot of my Showmax account also. I am unable to have a reference number to any of the live chats because amazingly it gets escalated, but I don't get any response even from a I am sorry I need to escalate. I have contacted Showmax, and the problem is with the DSTV account and now I don't know how to escalate😂 to them that I did not do a DATA DELETION REQUEST. The request did not come from me. DSTV *********** staff is just making things worse and not fixing any of the problems I have been having.
