DSTV OFFICES : UMHLANGA ROCKS : POOR AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE .

I visited the MULTICHOICE Offices on UMHLANGA Rocks drive in north of durban yesterday to test my decoders . Of the 28 counters available there were only 2 that were operational and a hall full of customers . Various staff members were coming in and out of the reception area where the queuing tickets were issued . A security guard on duty was tasked to sent customers to the counters and often sent the wrong customers ( cueue was not followed ) . When i entered i was number 3 in the queue. After waiting for an hour I requested to see the manager and there was no response . Other clients also got into a verbal altercation with the counter assisstant . There is no doubt that there must be more professional oversight at this BRANCH . Customers are the lifeblood of any business and the long wait to be attended to at this branch left a lot to be desired . The urgency in attending to customers at this Branch has been found wanting . MULTICHOICE you can do far better than this . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
