DSTV **** Offers
DSTV offered me an anniversary upgrade which I accepted on their MyDstv APP by pressing claim and their APP immediately congratulated me for claiming their offer - however the upgrade never took place, called the call center on the 23rd and 29th Sept to lodge a complaint about this and on both days they failed to assist, on 29 Sept I even spoke to Athule the Team Leader - he too failed to assist, why are you offering non-existent upgrades?
