Dstv now website : unable to access for 4 days

I have been unable to access my dstv now account since Friday - same login details and for some reason it says incorrect details - very inconvenient as this is part of the full package of dstv - and it’s almost as if the website is down! This isn’t the first time, I really would like to know what’s being done and how to get into my account - no one answers phone or query - please help! Very u happy and just another reason why people leave dstv
