DSTV NOW USELESS APP

The dstv now app is total *******, the account is in the name of my fiance and for years now my app worked with little issues the past few months every 2 to 3 days it is useless as I receive a error saying my device is registered to another user. Then dstv removes my device and load my device then it works for 3 days and the the same issue, they do not resolve the matter.
