Dstv now upgrade sucks

Dstv's newly uograded dstv now app sucks. Ever since the auto upgrade on my android tv box mygica495max, i have never had a good experience. What gets to me os the fact that i have logged this twice now with the dstv customer care line and nobody has gotten back to me. Prior to the upgrade, i had no problems with the old app. I have tried everything from resets, clearing of cache, uninstalled the app and logged in and out a dozen times. Your app sucks. I actually have a better experience with netflix and will disconnect my services and rather stream netflix and iptv for much less.
