DSTV Now unable to solve issue

DSTV Now won't stream. Just get blank screen. Phoned DSTV they suggested I go onto the live chat facility on the DSTV Now App. Did that. After 20 minutes of nobody responding I was about to give up when Vuyiswa came on. She was not able to help me. she first told me my 10Mbps ADSL line is too slow because DSTV now requires 2Mbps upload and download speed to stream half HD content. I told her I have been streaming DSTV for months without a problem. Her solution was to use another device. The number of devices you can add and remove are limited so I am not prepared to do this. I will be cancelling my premium subscription as a result of this poor service.
