DSTV Now Streaming Unstable

The DSTV Now streaming "app" / website is pathetic. In the last couple of days it constantly either gives an error message to restart the app, or the screen just goes black. Then I have to close browser completely to continue watching. Just for it to happen again couple of minutes later. Streaming ANYTHING else other than DSTV works like a charm - no issues. And of course there's no simple way to get hold of them to find out what the issue might be. Terrible, not nearly as great as they make themselves out to be.
