DSTV Now streaming service is garbage.

Your dstv now streaming service is absolute garbage. During the evenings after work, we cannot even watch anything on catchup without it buffering for 10 seconds and then playing for 10 seconds followed by more buffering.

Before you are quick to blame it on my internet connection, we have an 80 Mbit internet connection. With no other devices connected to the internet, only my android certified media box, which is recommended for dstv now. I can stream on youtube on full hd with no buffering at all!, as soon as we stream on catch up (ON THE LOWEST POSSIBLE QUALITY) we have buffering issues. We do not usually have buffering issues on live TV, only sometimes that is an issue.

I cannot believe you are offering this services if customers cant even make use of it?

Get your act together or stop offering the product, as all this does is cause frustration.
