DSTV Now streaming is awful

DSTV has to have one of the worst online streaming services on the web. Why your media player only plays in HD in a country where fast internet is beyond most people's budget is beyond me. On YouTube you can select whether you want to play in 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, HD. There are websites with far less resources than you guys that never give me problems when i stream. This is not the west where fast internet is everywhere. I doubt you'll do anything about this complaint - you never do when we complain. Instead you just raise prices and spend the money on expensive advertising blowing your own horn. Typical arrogance of a monopoly company. I hope one day a competitor comes in and gives us options because you guys are market leaders in failing your customers!
