DSTV Now Premium Package on Streaming

I signed up and paid for a premium package on streaming and a cheaper package was activated for me. I have been in contact with MultiChoice since 5th April when I paid for the package to correct the situation but nothing has been resolved yet. Yesterday on was on a chat (that was recommended to me when I telephoned them) when i was advised for the second time that the matter has been escalated. I am extremely disappointed at the poor service. I was also advised that someone would call me and no-one has contacted me since.
