DSTV Now - poor streaming quality

I am very disappointed with DSTV streaming. I mostly watch channels 144 and 145 Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 20:00. The quality is poor most of the time. On catchup, it is fine. I recently upgraded to the full streaming package in order to watch the rugby. What a disappointment I am currently watching the game between South Africa and Scotland. The picture quality is sub-standard. I am now watching it on TNT Sports 1 with excellent quality. It is time that you up your game and do not even try to blame it on my internet connection. You should be ashamed at yourself for charging exorbitant fees and then still bombarding us with ads. Sies man!
