DSTV Now poor streaming quality

The streaming quality of DSTV Now through a web browser on the PC is terrible. This mostly relates to live broadcasts, the catchup quality is slightly better but when I say slightly better it's still less than 720p.

I almost stream exclusively because I'm always on the road.

The other streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc) are all streaming perfect at 1080p or 4k so it's not an issue on my side.

I can't even read the channel logo or subtitles on live streams and watching sport is a hopeless case because you see moving blocks, not people.

It's great to have an option to stream from my pc but come on DSTV, it needs to work!

You are charging us for a service that is not functioning as intended so why should we pay full price?
