DSTV Now permanent buffering

I have a 5mb line, and I am able to stream Netflix and YouTube in FULL HD with zero problems. Dstv Now, however, is almost completely unwatchable, even when set to 360p quality. It constantly buffers every 3 seconds, randomly jumps 2 minutes ahead in the movie, or, after a page reload, plays the same 30 seconds of movie before buffering at the same point. My line speed is fine. My speed tests are fine. Netflix works. YouTube works. Dstv does not. They either have pathetic infrastructure and developers who don't have a clue what they're doing, or they don't give a damn how many paying subscribers they cram onto their rattling little 386 PC excuse for a web server. Don't patronise us by telling us to do speed tests or to contact our ISPs. YOU are the problem, and you are fully aware of it. Do not rake us for fools! FIX YOUR DAMN SERVICE!!!!
