Dstv now not working on jvc 55" smart tv

Recently bought a JVC 55" smart tv but cant run yhe dstv now app. Tried every thing, keeps on saying tv rooted. Downladed SUPERSU to unroot, but it says device not rooted? I even tried downloading an older version, even went as far as swopping tv for another (same brand/Model) thought tv might be faulty. Still no luck. Please help.
