DSTV Now not working

I have not been able to watch DSTV Now on my laptop for about four months. Call centre told me to clear history. I do not save history so the history is empty. Tried to explain this to no avail. They insisted I clear history but there is nothing to clear.I have other users on my DSTV now and they have no problem. Each time I try and watch something I get a message that "the problem is on DSTV side" . I cleared cache and have no history. Still nothing. Call centre is useless.
