DSTV now - no support

Cant get any help from Multichoice/DSTV for the DSTV Now app. I only receive very few of the channels on my app and the call centre dont complete the call with me. The last call a lady by the name of Mbali Myeza took my call and then just left me on hold until the system went on to their night time message telling me when their operating times were. Totally useless. Considering cancelling my Premium subscription for 3 decoders.
