Dstv Now is useless
The service is disgusting! I have been waiting a week to have an issue resolved on Dstv Now, I cannot download from the app - the main function of the App? The staff are completely ***********. No wonder so many people are cancelling their accounts - I'll encourage people to move away!

You having tried to call me on a Saturday while I was out does not help me!
I have now spoken to 6 people on Messenger and 7 people on your Chat on the App. I cannot believe that this is now 11 days in and no one can tell me how this has happened? Your *********** staff all keep asking for different information which I keep resending but they're asking for things that will not affect the outcome I need. Asking me what speed my internet connection is has NOTHING to do with why your App shows I have 20 downloads when there were no downloads on that device. Ive been advised twice now this has been escalated to your technical team.... clearly they dont even know how their own App works. This is beyond a joke. I spoke to 4 people over the weekend that have cancelled their accounts with you due to lack of service... no wonder.
