DSTV Now - Complaint - Bad Service

Without notification DSTV decrease the channels for DSTV Now streaming. We have a currently DSTV Compact subscription and stream DSTV Now to the other Smart TV's in house. Streaming is cut to 13 channels without any prior communication. Contact DSTV, nothing is resolved and still waiting for a reply
