Dstv now channels missing

I have downloaded the dstv now app on Tuesday. Ever since then it only shows 6 channels when I click on live tv even though I am on the premium package. I have been on the phone everyday with MC call centre, chatting on live chat on the dstv now app. Every agent has a different story. I am now fed up with their bad service. Last night I was told that they will escalate my problem to their technical dept and that I should check again , which I did but all to know avail. Still showing only 6 channels. I have logged in and out, install and reinstalled the app again and again, tried different password. Absolutely nothing has changed.
