DSTV Now Channels buffering and freezing
I tried contacting their support about the fact that certain DSTV Now channels constantly buffer and freeze. Not all of them, particularly Discovery and History Channels. I had more than enough fibre connectivity, but I had 3 different agents who closed the call each time after giving me a single suggestion then hanging up. Anyone else have this problem?

I have heard nothing from you, but you will seem to be a company who addresses complaints because you efficiently fob off people with this 'work in progress' mail that is an absolute joke. Try actually offer a service for a change....why are my channels buffering like they're a 1998 bad throwback to dial up modems??? Or is that how far behind DSTV is?
