Reference number ***/E24 spoke to 4 people first 10 minutes then 40 minutes then another 15 minute still cannot fix my problem, just put you on hold and never comes back to you. They got my payment today but cannot watch the full package and they don't want to phone me back but keep on putting me on hold and just keep me on the line without getting back to me. What is happening to service ??
