DSTv Now bad service

You are forced to use the chat service of DSTv Now if there is a problem. The response time is 2 hours or more. If you happen to be not at you phone at the moment an agent eventually responds, you have to wait another 2 hours before there is any movement in the chat. It took me literally 2 days to and the problem is still not solved. DStv Now will remove your registered devices without any reason. Good luck to the person who will try and connect a device again. DSTv is controlling the market and they can get away with bad service. We need another strong service provider in this market.
