Dstv Now app - worst ever.

The dstv now app is broken - AGAIN. I chatted to a dstv agent today but it was a complete waste of time. The dstv staff have no clue. The problem (which started earlier this week) is that you can only watch one channel on the dstv now app (via an android tv box) and when you try to exit that channel and watch a different channel then it freezes. You then have to push the home button to get out of the dstv now app, then you have to force stop the dstv now app and go back into the app to watch the next channel. You have to do this every time you want to watch a different channel. It was fine until last week. The dstv agents tell you to log out of the app and log back in, etc - they are clueless. The dstv now app is the worst app out there and nobody at dstv cares. I'm sure many of them will lose their jobs as customers leave dstv.
