Dstv Now app useless

I have downloaded the DSTV Now App on my mobile and TV. There are only 5 channels listed on Live TV. It's been this way for over a month! I contacted the call centre and nobody could help me. I have checked online and there are numerous complaints about the same thing! Yet no direct resolution. I once again called the call centre today at 15:00 and was advised that DSTV Now App is faulty and nobody would be able to advise how to fix. KHANYI at your call centre advised me that the only way to get a response is via a complaint on social media... so here I am. You're already losing so much business to other service providers... I think you ought to beef up your customer service! Can someone sought this out please. Otherwise you may as well cancel my package.
