DSTV now app useless

I have been dealing with DSTV care agents for the past 3 months on Twitter about the DSTV now app that does not work properly on my phone. To date nothing has been done, all they have been doing is escalating my query for the last 3 months. They are pathetic and and have no knowledge of nothing. Why are they even in those positions if they cannot solve problems. The DSTV NOW app is useless , very disappointing from DSTV. Why even have something that doesn't work, sought yourselves out!!!!
