Dstv now app sucks and dstv service levels are pathetic

Been having endless problems with the newly updated dstv app. I have called several times and was told that my matter would be escalated. To date nobody has called me. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, logging out and in again. I have even upgraded my isp with faster speeds exceeding 30mbps. Im still getting choppy, stuttering picture. Why wont anyone help me? I have netflix and it works 200%. Prior to the app upgrade, my dstv app worked fine. Im using the mygica 495 max android box and have never had an issue prior to the app update. I am so frustrated that i feel like disconnecting my dstv and rather keeping Netflix. In times of such stiff competition, dstv should be doing everything to keep their customers. Absolutely poor service. Appalled.
