Dstv now app sucks

Been trying to reset my dstv now password for a few days now and it keeps saying mail server is unavailable.

Would like to know how it is possible for a productionised mail server to be unavailable for this long?

The app tell me to email ********** if problem persists, well low and behold it come back undelivered
