Dstv now App since upgade not working _ disgusting call center service

My goodness, we bought a sinotec android smart tv. Connected it to wifi, downloaded the dstv now app, logged in started live streaming, 3_5 seconds in the app displayed a blank black screen. The audio continues but black screen still. When I disconnect to the wifi and stream on data via mobile Hotspot I can stream successfully. I call the call center (wait for 10 minutes) agent calls, then pretends not to hear or understand the query, then tell me to hold as she escalates,(another 10 minute hold) then takes down my number but NEVER EVER CALLS BACK. I've tired calling 5 times for 3 straight days no luck in getting a solution I ten resort to Facebook, te agents tell me that the TV isn't compatible they only support: "We support Apple TV (Gen4), Google Certified Android TV devices, LG TVs running WebOS 3.0 and up, XBox, Samsung TVs running Tizen 2.3 upwards and Hisense Smart TVs from 2018 onwards. We dont Support Sinotec Smart tv. ~KMI". Does this mean i should throw my new TV away after the sales agent specifically mentioned dstv now is compatible. Anyways one of the useless dstv consultants is Nokwanda Zuma and Govendar secondly Nedisha Perumal who allegedly report to Calvin Naidoo...none of them called back or resolved my query. Can someone ASSIST I want to STREAM and CATCHUP!!!!!!!!
