DSTV now app SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service from DSTV Now app, every single day I when I want to use the app I am told it is registered to another user HOW????? they then sort out and the very next time I log in same story. then they escalate and still nothing is sorted. this has been going on for over 3 weeks now. I think I have been patient enough. I pay exorbitant amounts for DTSV and get absolutely shocking customer service well actually no customer service at all!!!!!!!. they cant tell me how this is happening apparently its my own fault. DISGUSTING to say the least.
